We got sick of waiting

Sick of “booked out till the 14th”. Sick of the 8am text that ends the day before it starts. Sick of telling the same story to a fourth provider in a month. So we built the thing we kept being told was not possible: support you can book the moment you need it, from someone trained for you, who turns up.

Why we built it

Zoomly started as a complaint rather than a business plan. Not one complaint. The same one, over and over, from people who had run out of patience with something that was meant to be on their side.

Almost none of it is a technology problem. Somebody decided that support gets rostered a fortnight ahead. Somebody decided that a cancellation at eight in the morning becomes your problem to solve. Somebody decided you should tell your story again to a provider who could have been handed it. Those are decisions, and decisions can be made differently.

So we built a marketplace rather than an agency. You see who is actually free, you see who they are before you book, and you can book the one you liked last time. Support Partners are screened and trained through our own programme before a first booking rather than after it. Transport and support sit in one booking, because the trip and the reason for the trip were never two separate things.

We are starting in Penrith and the suburbs around it, and we would rather be straight with you about being new than pretend to be everywhere at once. The one thing we are not going to do is rebuild the thing people already told us was broken.

What we kept running into

Booked out till the 14th. Cancelled at 8am. Told your story four times this month. The same three things, over and over, and each one a decision somebody made rather than a law of physics.

Real life. Real needs. Real impact.

We do not tiptoe. We fix things. We make it possible for everyone to get where they need to be, independently, confidently, and without waiting for a system to catch up.

Our promise. No fluff, no excuses.

  • We show up.

No ghosting, no “oops, no Support Partners”. You book it, we make it happen.

  • No barriers, no bullsh*t.

No clunky systems, no long waits, no inaccessible transport. We cut through the crap so you do not have to.

  • Your ride, your rules.

Work, appointments, social events. You decide. We get you there, simple.

  • Fast, reliable, zero hassle.

We are here to get it right, and to say so when we have not.

  • Built for people, not profit.

Accessibility is the whole point. It is where the product started.
